Marina’s been practicing yoga for over 4 years and decided to move forward with teacher training in 2010. “Yoga has changed my life bringing me breakthroughs physically, mentally, spiritually, showing me discipline and balance. Whether guiding a Sculpt or a Vinyasa flow I am passionate about teaching and providing a safe, fun, energizing, sacred space for my students… and always looking to better my own practice through workshops, trainings and retreats.”
